We have advanced equipments as LED die bonder, LED functional aging line, the automatic assembly line of LED street lamp, LED lamp assembly line. We have passed CE, RHOS, ISO certification and used spectrometers, integrating sphere, power meter ,vibration meters and conducting 48-hour aging test to ensure the quality of products.

Quality Control:
100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability , and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours' lighting.
Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well . Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.

Trade Terms:
1. Payment term: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance after goods ready before shipping . or L/C , or Western Union for small amount . 
2. Lead time : normally in 5~10 days after deposit received 
3. Sample policy : Samples are always availble for each model . Samples can be ready in 3~7 days once payment received . 
4. Shipping port: Shenzhen/Dongguan , China 

Delivery detail: 
We ship goods by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express which takes 3~ 5 days to arrive, or by air cargo which takes about one week to arrive , or by sea which takes about one month to arrive , depending on your actual requirements.
